Our Board and Train practices are held to high standards; every effort is made to ensure that your companion is comfortable.

Three floor levels are available for your companion to explore. Each level offers a rotating selection of cognitive toys, puzzles, and a variety of essentials—because your companions have preferences just like we do! We utilize an intermittent ratio schedule so that your companion doesn’t get bored.

A growing set of communication buttons are available that we actively employ and encourage your companion to use.

Companions are taken outside first thing in the morning, directly before bedtime, and several sessions throughout the day according to their medical and preferencial needs.

We evoke stringent hygiene practices to protect your companion: Bedding is regularly washed, toys are cleaned in high heat and continually inspected for damage, and bowls are rinsed daily.

Multiple heavy-duty HEPA filters are established on two levels, and each air vent in our temperature-controlled environment has been fitted with HEPA screens.

Drinking water is double-filtered and always available.

Levels are separated by gates and are accessible based on your companion’s safety and medical needs.

The primary behavior technologist caring for your companions has been trained in CPR and First Aid for Canines and Felines by the Red Cross.

Every animal is unique. In recognition of their individuality, we provide a wide-range of enrichment while your companion is within our care. Daily exercise is tailored to your companion’s needs. Each walk allows your companion ample time to sniff and explore within safe parameters.

Training is provided daily, form-fitted to both you and your companion’s Contingency Plan. We utilize a mix of games and structure to make the experience as enjoyable as possible for your companions, as learning should be fun!

Companions are closely monitored and contingencies are changed in accordance to their behavior so as to ensure they feel at ease. We want your companion to feel free to be themselves … however that may look.

Your companion is your family, and we treat them accordingly. Being away from your loved ones is anxiety-inducing for both parties—we strive to ease that as much as possible. A behavior technologist or caregiver is always present with your companion, and will adjust their behavior based on your companion’s wishes; from providing your companion quiet time with Classical music to cuddles on the couch, your companion’s contentment is our primary focus.

Pet parents can access their private Google Album and Google Doc to view the day’s report, add a message, and watch your companion’s progress via Google Nest while they’re in our care.

The state of your companion’s wellbeing should never be in question—we encourage pet parents to share any concerns they may possess for their companion. Your family comes first, and that relationship is exactly what we endeavor to strengthen.
